Gregory Koffman
Gregory S. Koffman - Partner

Gregory Koffman has practiced law in Los Angeles since 1982. Prior to the formation of Rosenberg & Koffman, he was a partner in the law firm of Mallev, Yelsky, Chemove & Scott, a nationwide law firm. Mr. Koffman was born in Montebello, California, on July 22,1958. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 1979 and his Juris Doctorate degree in law from Loyola Law School in 1982. Mr. Koffman served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Entertainment Law Journal (1981-1982) and co-authored "A Survey of the Right of Publicity: An Overview," published in the 1981 Loyola Entertainment Law Journal.

Mr. Koffman was admitted to the California bar in 1982. He is also currently admitted to practice in all courts for the State of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals (9th Circuit) and the Central and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Koffman has also been specially admitted to practice in both Colorado and Idaho. He is a member of the State Bar of California and Los Angeles County Bar Association; he currently serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator for the Superior Courts of the County of Los Angeles, as well as the Los Angeles County Bar Association Attorney-Client Dispute Resolution Services. Mr. Koffman has appeared as a guest on the cable television show, MoneyTalk.

Mr. Koffman maintains a current real estate broker's license issued by the California Department of Real Estate. His principal areas of practice and expertise are Business, Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate law.

Ronald G. Rosenberg
Ronald Rosenberg - Partner

Prior to the formation of Rosenberg & Koffman, Ronald Rosenberg was a member of the law firm of Cooper, Epstein & Hurewitz. He was born in Los Angeles, California, on May 19, 1957, attended the University of Southern Califoniia, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979, and attended Loyola Law School, receiving a Juris Doctorate degree in Law in 1982.

Mr. Rosenberg is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals (9th Circuit), as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California. Some of his other activities include serving as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Entertainment Law Journal (I 981-1982) and co-author of "A Survey of the Right of Publicity: An Overview," published in 1981 in the Loyola Entertainment Law Journal.

Mr. Rosenberg is also a member of the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of California. Mr. Rosenberg's principal areas of practice and expertise are Real Estate, Business and Entertainment.

Arthur Lensky
Arthur Lensky - Legal

Mr. Lensky earned his dual Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Russian Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002, and he is fluent in Russian. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2006 from Southwestern University School of Law.  In 2006, Mr. Lensky was also honored with the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services for his externship with Bet Tzedek Legal Services.  Prior to joining Rosenberg & Koffman, Mr. Lensky was an associate with Jampol, Zimet, Skane & Wilcox, where his practice focused on products and premises liability, insurance coverage, construction defect litigation, and professional liability. Mr. Lensky also has an extensive background in insurance bad faith litigation.
